(London, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Alessandro Fried, BtoBet Executive Chairman, talked to SoloAzar during recent ICE show, where the firm presented its updated Neuron gaming platform. He commented about the activities of the firm as well as its expectations and goals for the current year.

“2019 is a year of consolidation and expansion for BtoBet”

What did BtoBet exhibit in this edition of ICE?

During the ICE London exhibition, we have showcased the updated Neuron Gaming platform, which is the core through which all gaming and sportsbook content is delivered to operators. The improved technology, also featured in our dedicated sportsbook platform – Neuron Sports – allows for a new level of operational control, ranging from player management to Business Intelligence processes, whilst also providing an even more advanced user experience to the players.

We have also officially unveiled a yet more expanded White Label Partnership Program, which in the last few weeks, apart from already being active in Africa through our Certified Partner STM Gaming, has also been launched in Latin America through our partnership with Wildar Gaming.

What are the expectations and goals with which you come to the London show each year?

ICE London is the biggest expo of the industry so I dare say that it is a top priority for all the operators, technological service providers, and all the companies involved in the industry to be present to analyse the major new trends that will characterize the industry for this year. The event is also ideal to discuss and delve into the various matters that shape up the industry’s agenda.

There is also no doubt whatsoever that the event serves as the ideal platform for all parties to develop relationships with the global gaming industry. Exhibition days are usually characterized with non-stop meetings with existing and prospective clients and partners, all under the same roof, and this is in itself one of the major advantages of being present at such an important event.

I must add that this year’s edition of ICE London was a very successful and fruitful opportunity for BtoBet, with the company’s team of experts making the most to build potential relationships that will eventually yield important results in terms of business opportunities.

How did you close 2018 and what are your goals for 2019?

2018 was a very important year for BtoBet, a year that saw the company’s iGaming solutions and services expand and become a primary reference in various global markets. However, all the team has major expectancies for this year, where we seek to further consolidate our already strong position in the iGaming industry. We will be further extending our operations in the mature, new and emerging markets, announcing high profile partnerships throughout the whole year.

The market is starting to open and regulate in places like Latin America, Africa ...

Do you have expansion plans? What markets are you targeting?

Obviously there is a lot of interest in the recent regulatory updates from the emerging Latin American market and the new US market, and we will seek to further expand our operations in all markets. When it comes to Latin America, industry experts rightly place a lot of focus on Brazil with the market having the potential to become the largest in the region. However, even the recent Argentinian regulatory update, with Buenos Aires province legalizing online gaming, provides operators with a huge opportunity. This is also particularly good news because we have recently expanded our White Label Partnership Program to Latin America through our regional Certified Partners, Wildar Gaming, who are based in Buenos Aires. This will place us at the heart of this evolving scenario, even on a regional level, as the whole Latam industry is expected to progress rather rapidly in the short to medium term.

Thus we are in a very strong position to provide operators seeking to expand their businesses to the Latin American region with our technologies, which are very advanced in terms of the wide versatility they offer when it comes to adapting to local market needs, even from the local payment methods perspective.

Our White Label Partnership Program also places BtoBet at the forefront when it comes to the African scenario. We have already vastly expanded the WLPProgram there through our Certified Partner, STM Gaming, and there our platforms are generating a lot of interest from operators due to their high customizability and flexibility to deal with the unique technical necessities that characterize the region.
